I liked service, hotel staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. I especially liked the room service (sometimes it gave us fruits and the cleaning guy was polite and he did the great job, everyday). The food was good (not delicious but still tasty), large selection of food (don't forget to check food outside, on veranda). Everyday events (different types of events). Aqua park is good and free. A lot of pools with exceptionally clean water (a couple of times I thought there was no water in the pool because it was very clean and water was perfectly transparent). Note that temperatures in pools are different (some pools are heated). Very comfortable beds (I have back pain, so it means a lot to me).

I stayed at this hotel last weekend The room was nice and clean Food was OK but needs more variety of dishes at the main restaurant while at Nathan's restaurant, food was extraordinary and very delicious cooked by Chef 'Mahmoud koshi' and serviced by Mr. Walid. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff, they are so friendly and helpful, and at check in, Ms Mariam was so welcoming and supportive, we even received a free dinner invitation at Nathan's restaurant I will definitely be back again inshallah and I recommend it to everyone.
